David, The example you used is exactly why I find you so charming and engaging! It never even crossed my mind that you talked to much. I find you just as interesting as your guest AND I can tell you genuinely like and are interested in people. So after having said all that…I think you gave me a bit of alight bulb moment about myself today. 

Love this! Thanks for the pep talk David! I’ve been quiet for too long. It’s time to let the lion out of the cage. Over the last year, I’ve had to make a lot of decisions that were mission critical to the success of my agency. I have dug my way out of some bad situations and continue to have the resilience and inner confidence in my own ability to succeed! You’re so right about being yourself. I’m not for everybody but I know my craft and I know how to make a executive decision. And to the people that have tried to maliciously hurt me or my brand. I’ve got two words. Piss Off. I’ve built a business from scratch and have honored every agreement I’ve ever entered. Our clients love our work, we’ve added Fortune clientele and expanded service to other markets since. This would have never happened if I didn’t have the inner confidence to clean house and get down to real business. David, thanks for reigniting the fire! Expect great things!
