Derek created Sub Zero Vodka Bar in 2004. Having worked in the bar industry for over ten years in many of St. Louis' finer bars and restaurants, Derek obtained the insight to create a superbly unique drinking establishment.

The introduction of the New American Burger menu in 2007 only brings greater variety. Menus include fresh burgers ranging from black Angus, lamp, American Kobe beef, as well as many handmade vegetarian options.
