About Today’s Conversation

Here are the questions we dove into in today’s episode:

Rod K.: I’ve got a question. How do you stay fit when you travel? I’m always on the go and would love to know what to eat, etc.

Noah B.: What’s the best thing to eat before early morning workouts?

Andrew G.: How do you find time to workout on a daily basis? Leave the office early? Go to the gym at lunch?

Tim J.: What are some ways to work a regular fitness schedule into your already insanely busy life? For me, exercising has almost always been thrown out by “not being able to fit it in”.

Ozeal D.: Ideas on a quick and simple, healthy meal?

Next week we will be back with more great interviews!

This Episode Of The RISE Fitness Show Is Sponsored By Jet Set Body

The RISE Fitness Show is sponsored by Jet Set Body. I used to be the guy who went to the gym, worked out, thought I was eating right, etc. but I wasn’t shredded. This is the program I used to get into fitness model shape in 90 days. It is a virtual program created by Kim and Rob Murgatroyd with separate programs for men and women. It isn’t about gimmicks, tricks or other crap. It is, on the other hand, a complete roadmap of getting you in the best shape of your life and maintaining it (so critical). I love the portability of it. For example, I put the workouts right on my iPhone. Boom. Check it out at JetSetBodyRISE.com if you want to try it. I know already a huge amount of people that watch/listen to The Rise To The Top and The RISE Fitness Show are in the middle of the program and rocking it. JetSetBodyRISE.com.

      Anytime!

    Hi David,
For the oatmeal smoothie do you use raw oatmeal or do I need to cook it up then add it? Also have you tried using a Magic Bullet to make these instead of a blend? I’ve used the blender to make green juice and it’s alot of clean up so I’m thinking of getting a Magic Bullet.
    :)

Ah good question. I’ve heard Magic Bullet is good but have NOT tried it. I’ll order one and let you know how it goes. I use raw oatmeal (not cooked).

Thanks David! Cool, I’ll wait to read your review of the bullet. Man talk about helping out your readers. Sweet! :)

David: Funny that you should bring up the topic of oatmeal and protein powder…  I always combine those two ingredients (along with a lot of other good things) when making my breakfast batch, and — in fact — I feel as if my oatmeal is missing something vital if I don’t add in a scoop of whey powder.  Glad to know that other folks are doing the same thing, and that I’m not the only protein freak out there.

Also — and this is a bit of shameless self-promotion — but I love oatmeal so much that I actually posted a video up on YouTube a few months back which features my not-so-secret recipe.  There’s a brief mention of my company at the beginning of the video (“Nasty Clamps” — NOT porn, btw), but then I move on to the ingredients and preparation.
