He has been working in gyms for about 22 years and has been a gym owner/ head trainer for the last seventeen. As a gym owner and head personal trainer, he’s seen it all.

    I’m actually really looking forward to this new Podcast. I’ve been getting into health and fitness. There’s a lot of advice out there about health and fitness (some good, most bad) and it’s often hard to wade through all the mess to get to the good stuff.

    I’m hoping that as a part of this new podcast, you will be talking about workout routines – not just individual routines, but a full package. One that you can follow along with, modify, and learn from.

    It would also be cool if you would include SOME of the science involved, so that we can understand not just what we’re doing, but also WHY we’re doing what we’re doing. 

    Anyways man, I’ll be listening in :)

    I LOVE this kind of challenges- Doing fitness and following the slow carb diet (found in the book by Tim Ferris), I lost 17 pounds myself and saw my sixpack (I mean the abs ;) ) for  the first time in my life.. at age 41!
