    One of your best interviews to date, David. Totally engaged throughout. My wife and I are the same way. We like to eat a lot and we are the same body sizes as France and Joshua — and we are in our 40s. But the difference is that we eat what France calls “real” food. My wife has always said if you can’t pronounce the ingredients, don’t eat it. It does indeed make a huge difference in every part of your life. Your body craves this stuff.

      Mike – That is awesome to hear. I see that issue everywhere with “diet food” you know? Folks thinking they are eating healthy and instead eating processed crap lol.

    Fantastic interview, David!  Very inspiring from the health AND the solopreneur perspective.  People are always asking me how I stay thin, and that they always see me eating but I never gain weight … as they are eating their rice cakes and no-fat salad dressing (what IS that stuff made of, anyways!??!).  Guess they haven’t picked up on my habits yet …
