A little while ago on the show, a debate began over whether paid online communities are a sustainable business model or not. Meaning, are people willing to shell out a monthly or yearly fee to be a part of some kind of online community?
Opinions and facts were all over the place and one voice that popped up was Kevin Miller, who is the Founder of Free Agent Academy, who joins me today on the show. Kevin has built a sustainable business helping people make the transition to free agency (as he calls it).
Kevin joins me today to talk a bit about how he built Free Agent Academy and advice for you if you are thinking about jumping into this business model (including misconceptions and mistakes to avoid).
Which begs the question, what do you think about the paid community model? Are you a member of any paid communities?
On his website you can check out the Free Agent Underground and Free Agent Academy (full of content, shows, and more)
Johnny told me the other day that many more people (not surprisingly) are buying cars online. Check out the deals at Londoff.com. Also, if you are in St. Louis, stop by the dealership and tell them I sent you for an even sweeter deal (trust me…sweet).
