Jeff Michelman (Principal at Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal, P.C.) joins me today to talk about the THREE legal mistakes entrepreneurs seem to make over and over and over…and more importantly how to avoid them. Jeff knows a thing or two about this as he specifically works with entrepreneurs (he has been my attorney since I started) and really cares (he has also worked with rapper Nelly and a whole variety of “interesting” clients). Here is a spoiler: One mistake involves THE BASICS. Another involves CONTRACTS. The final mistake involves PROTECTING YOUR BRAND. Have you made any of these mistakes? Let us know below or hit the contact button and we will do our best to jump on ‘em. *A special ONLY FOR THE RISE COMMUNITY*: Jeff has generously offered a free consultation to RISE viewers.
